(1) A person who wants to sell and distribute grain products shall pay a fee of five rupees and obtain a license as per schedule-7 from the concerned village development committee or municipality and shall keep such license in the place of sale in such a way that it can be shown by the local authority or the employee appointed by him or the grain inspector when required.< br> (2) A person engaged in the business of grain at the time of commencement of this regulation shall also obtain a license from the concerned village development committee or municipality within 3 months from the date of commencement of this regulation as per sub-rule (1).
(3) According to sub-rules (1) and (2), after giving a license for the distribution of grains, the concerned village development committee or municipality shall inform the Central Food Research Institute.
